1.2. By entrusting your vehicle to Adam's Garage Auto Repair, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.3. These terms may be updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review them periodically.

2. Estimates and Pricing

2.1. All estimates provided are approximations based on Adam's Garage Auto Repair initial assessment. Final charges may vary based on labor, parts, and unforeseen repairs.

2.2. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

2.3. A written or digital estimate must be approved by the customer before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2. Adam's Garage Auto Repair accepts cash, credit, and debit cards. Other methods may be accepted as decided at check out.

3.3. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

4. Warranties

4.1. Adam's Garage Does Not yet offer warranties on repairs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Customers must disclose any known issues with their vehicle prior to service.

5.2. Adam's Garage Auto Repair is not responsible for delays caused by lack of part availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.3. Personal items left in the vehicle are the customer's responsibility. Adam's Garage Auto Repair is not liable for loss or damage to such items.

6. Liability

6.1. Adam's Garage Auto Repair is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, time, or income.

6.2. Adam's Garage Auto Repair liability is limited to the cost of repairs or services provided.

7. Vehicle Storage and Disposal

7.1. Vehicles left at Adam's Garage Auto Repair for more than 30 days after notification of service completion may incur storage fees.

7.2. Adam's Garage Auto Repair reserves the right to dispose of vehicles left unclaimed for an extended period, in accordance with local laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Lubbock, Texas.

8.2. Customers waive the right to pursue class-action lawsuits against Adam's Garage Auto Repair.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas.
